Chicken Roll with Cheese and Herbs

Ingredients
- Chicken breast 800 g
- Salt 10 g
- Black pepper 3 g
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Eggs 2 pcs
- Cheese (hard cheese) 250 g
- Fresh parsley ¼ bunch
- Green onion ½ bunch
- Oil 10 ml
- Sauce:
- Honey 20 ml
- Mustard 20 g
- Soy sauce 20 ml
Cooking Instructions
- Butterfly the chicken breast by slicing it in half lengthwise and pound it with a meat mallet to an even thickness on both sides.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper, add the chopped garlic, and gently massage the mixture into the meat.
- Grate the cheese, finely chop the parsley and green onion.
- In a bowl, mix the grated cheese, chopped green onion, parsley, eggs, salt, and pepper until you get a uniform mixture.
- Spread the cheese and herb filling evenly over the chicken.
- Roll the chicken breast tightly, close the ends, and tie the roll with kitchen twine.
- Place the roll in a greased baking dish (recommended size: 20×20 cm).
- Mix honey, mustard, and soy sauce to make the glaze and brush it over the roll.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
- Remove the twine, slice the roll, and serve with white yogurt sauce or ketchup.
