- 6 pieces of AXEDUM chicken sausages
- 50 ml olive oil
- 4 medium onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3-4 sprigs of fresh parsley
- 500 ml blonde beer
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions
- Place the sausages in a pan with heated olive oil and fry until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, slice the onions into half-moons and chop the garlic.
- Add the onions and garlic to the pan and cook until the onions become translucent.
- Pour the beer into the pan, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Then, simmer uncovered for about 10 more minutes or until the liquid reduces.
- Remove the pan from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve the chicken sausages directly from the pan with your favorite side dish or vegetables, and enjoy with a cold beer.
