Ingredients

  • 6 pieces of AXEDUM chicken sausages
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 4 medium onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3-4 sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 500 ml blonde beer
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. Place the sausages in a pan with heated olive oil and fry until golden brown.
  2. Meanwhile, slice the onions into half-moons and chop the garlic.
  3. Add the onions and garlic to the pan and cook until the onions become translucent.
  4. Pour the beer into the pan, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Then, simmer uncovered for about 10 more minutes or until the liquid reduces.
  5. Remove the pan from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve the chicken sausages directly from the pan with your favorite side dish or vegetables, and enjoy with a cold beer.
