- 900 g boneless chicken thigh AXEDUM
- 25 ml vegetable oil
- 50 ml teriyaki sauce
- 50 g sesame seeds
- 50 g butter
- Green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions
- Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan until golden.
- Cut the meat into medium-sized cubes.
- Heat the pan, add the oil and chicken pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Fry the chicken over high heat, turning it 3 times until golden brown.
- In another pan, toast the sesame seeds again until golden.
- Add the butter to the pan, and when it melts, pour in the Teriyaki sauce. Mix the chicken with the butter and sauce for 3 minutes.
- Place the chicken on a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and add chopped green onions.
Teriyaki chicken is most often served with a bowl of freshly cooked rice and plenty of fresh chopped green onions on top.
