Ingredients

  • AXEDUM chicken liver 700 g
  • Medium onions 3 pcs
  • Garlic 5 cloves
  • Medium carrot 1 pc
  • Balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley 3–4 sprigs
  • Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

Wash and pat dry the chicken liver. Place it in a bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix well.
Peel and chop the onions, carrot, and garlic.
In a preheated pan with vegetable oil, add the onions, garlic, and carrot. Stir until the onions soften.
Push the vegetables to the sides of the pan and place the chicken liver in the center. Cook the liver for 3–4 minutes on each side, then mix all the contents of the pan together.
Add one tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, stir well, and cook for another 1–2 minutes.
Remove the pan from heat and cover with a lid. Meanwhile, chop the parsley.
Serve the AXEDUM chicken liver on a flat plate sprinkled with chopped parsley.
