  1. In a bowl, mix all the spices (or use a ready-made spice blend).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Cut off the wing tips and split each wing at the joint. Mix them thoroughly with the spice blend, making sure they\u2019re evenly coated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Lightly oil a baking tray and place the seasoned wings in it. Bake in a preheated oven at 220\u00b0C (430\u00b0F) for 25 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan over low heat. Add vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, RedHot sauce, and honey. Stir until fully combined.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Add the baked wings to the sauce and mix well to coat. Return the wings to the tray and place them in the turned-off (but still hot) oven for 10 minutes to allow the glaze to set.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Finely chop the green onion. Arrange the wings on a platter and sprinkle the green onion over the top.

    Serve with white yogurt sauce for a refreshing contrast.
