Ingredients
- Chicken drumsticks8
- Coriander, finely chopped1 bunch
- 2 limes, zest and juice2

Mix all pickling ingredients in a large bowl.

Add chicken legs to the pickles and rub them into chicken by hands. Keep in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight

Bake chicken legs in an oven heated by 180 ° C for 35-40 minutes or until they are soft
